Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Proxeed® Plus and Proxeed® Women orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday will ship out the same day (holidays excluded).
NOTE: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, you must provide an actual street address.
Alfasigma USA, Inc. only ships Proxeed® Plus and Proxeed® Women orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to an APO or FPO address since we cannot guarantee UPS delivery.

Although we do not require signature for delivery, it is at the discretion of the UPS driver to leave a package at your door where it may be subject to theft. Alfasigma USA, Inc. is not responsible for stolen orders.
Once your order is placed, Alfasigma USA, Inc. will email you an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that contains your tracking number and a link to click on to check the status of your order.

All orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern time will be processed on the next shipping day.
Shipping charges may apply to orders returned to us as undeliverable or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address.
